Bliss disability care is the place to be and to work at I started here 5 months ago I finished doing my work experience here and then I started working with the team at the start of July, I enjoy helping our clients in the community and at home care too. Gabby and Garry and the team and the staff have been very patient and supportive of my roll as a support worker, I love working with bliss and I love my job I am very happy here :)

It’s been a few months working with Bliss Disability, and it’s genuinely been a great experience. The management team has supported me from the start, and the overall environment feels positive, welcoming, and easy to be part of.

What I’ve enjoyed most is the connection with the participants, there’s a real sense of comfort, trust, and harmony. I truly recommend Bliss for the supportive culture, genuine care, and the way they look after both staff and participants.

Working at Bliss Disability Activity Centre has been such a rewarding experience for me😌The centre is a really positive and welcoming place and it’s amazing to see how much it helps participants grow in confidence and independence.What I enjoy most is that everything here is person centred. Each individual is encouraged to take part in activities that suit their interests and abilities, whether that’s art, cooking, sports or community outings. Seeing the joy and sense of achievement participants get from trying something new is honestly the best part of the job.
From a staff perspective, I’ve always felt supported. The team works well together💕Garry gabby manmeet are super approachable and always do listen with everything♥️

I have been working with Bliss for a short period. The management is outstanding, taking good care of the staff. Bliss always gives new opportunities. Manmeet & Lauren are very kind, understanding, and supportive. Gabby is a skilled professional.

Their staff is also very supportive of newcomers, which makes Bliss an enjoyable place to work.

Bliss is looking after their clients very well, always catering for their specific needs, and matches the support worker with the clients.

The day Bliss Disability Care Services came into our lives was the day that my son and my world changed forever. Engaging the team at Bliss to support my son Jared has been nothing short of miraculous. The support and care in all areas including health, home support, activities, education, family support, personal needs, advice, knowledge, understanding and planning for Jared has far exceeded any expectation I could have had. Each and every support worker are friendly, caring, professional, and provide personal support and companionship. The management are second to none as are the administrative team. Nothing is too hard for them. They provide so much support, respect and care and are extremely personable. The comfort, trust, support and engagement with Bliss and all their staff has certainly ensured a positive, encouraging and trusting path for my son and myself. Lovely staff allround.

Our support co ordinator lauren has been absolutely amazing at helping us in our first year of ndis. Thankyou for helping navigate all our support services.

My teen gets along with his support worker Mick really well and he helps immensley to cater for his interests in food. Showing him how to cook and gets him Up and out when that is a daily challenge for us.
We have had a few support workers through bliss and all of them have been absolutely lovely kind and caring.
